Terms of Service

The rules that govern your use of the SMM Cute panel — please read this carefully before placing an order.

§01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and [SMM Cute / Legal Entity Name] ("SMM Cute", "we", "us"). By registering an account, placing an order, or otherwise accessing smmcute.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

§02 Description of Service

SMM Cute operates a self-service social media marketing panel that allows customers to purchase engagement services (such as followers, likes, views, and comments) for supported platforms, and to resell these services to their own clients via our dashboard or API.

§03 Account Registration & Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
  • One account per individual/business unless otherwise agreed in writing.

§04 Order Placement & Processing

When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring the submitted profile/post URL is correct, publicly accessible (not private), and belongs to an account you are authorized to promote. Orders submitted with incorrect links may not be eligible for refund once processing has started.

§05 Service Delivery & Timeframes

Estimated delivery times shown on each service listing are approximate and not guaranteed. Delivery speed can vary based on provider capacity, platform restrictions, and order volume. We will notify you of significant delays where possible.

§06 Refill & Guarantee Policy

Certain services include a refill guarantee for a specified period, as indicated on the service listing. Refill eligibility, exclusions, and the refund process are detailed in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

§07 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Promote content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes on others' rights
  • Target accounts or content you do not own or have authorization to promote
  • Abuse, resell, or automate access to the Service outside of the official reseller/API terms
  • Attempt to defraud SMM Cute, other users, or our payment providers

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

§08 Reseller & API Terms

Reseller and API access is provided for the purpose of integrating SMM Cute services into your own storefront or workflow. You are responsible for your own customers, pricing, and support. SMM Cute is not a party to any agreement between you and your end customers.

§09 Payment Terms

All payments are processed in advance via the payment methods listed at checkout. Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price shown at the time of order placement applies to that order.

§10 Platform Risk Disclaimer

Important: Purchasing engagement services may be against the terms of service of certain social media platforms. While we route orders through high-retention providers to minimize risk, SMM Cute cannot guarantee that platform-side restrictions, shadow-bans, or account actions will never occur as a result of using engagement services. Use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

§11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMM Cute shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of followers, account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms, or loss of business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

§12 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of remaining wallet balance obtained through fraudulent activity.

§13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
