SMM Cute is a self-service social media marketing panel where customers can order services such as followers, likes, views, comments and other engagement for supported social platforms. You can add funds, place an order and track its status from one dashboard.

An SMM panel is an online platform that lets users order social media marketing services from one dashboard. Depending on the service, this can include followers, likes, views, comments and other engagement for supported platforms.

SMM Cute offers services for major platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord, Spotify, Twitch and others. Available services can change over time, so check the Services page for the current list.

No. SMM Cute does not ask for your social media account password. Orders normally use the public profile, post, video or other link required by the selected service.

We never ask for your social media passwords, and each service has its own delivery method and conditions. However, third-party engagement services can involve platform-related risks, and platform responses can vary. Review the service details and the relevant platform rules before ordering. See our Terms of Service for the full platform risk disclaimer.

Quality varies depending on the service you choose. Each service listing includes its own description, delivery details and any available refill conditions. Read the individual service information before placing an order rather than assuming every service has the same source or quality level.

Yes. Your SMM Cute account gives you access to the dashboard, wallet, service list, order history and support features used to manage your orders.

Under our Terms of Service, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create and use an SMM Cute account.

Choose a service, enter the required public profile or post link, select the quantity and review the service details before confirming the order. If the service offers options such as drip-feed, configure them before submitting.

Submit exactly the type of link requested in the service description, such as a profile, post, reel, video, channel or other public URL. The link must be correct and publicly accessible when the order is placed.

Usually no. The target link must be publicly accessible unless a specific service clearly says otherwise. If the link is private, deleted or inaccessible, the order may fail and may not qualify for a refund after processing has started.

Delivery time depends on the selected service, quantity, provider capacity, platform conditions and current order volume. Any delivery time shown on a service is an estimate, not a guarantee.

An order can remain pending or processing while it waits in the provider queue or while delivery is underway. If it remains outside the expected service window, contact support with your order ID so the team can check it.

Open your SMM Cute dashboard and check your order history. Orders show their current status and, where available, start count, delivered count and refill eligibility.

Contact support immediately. If processing has not started, the team may be able to cancel the order. Once processing has started, an order placed with an incorrect, private, deleted or inaccessible link may not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation is only available before processing starts. Because many services begin processing quickly, contact support as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.

Drip-feed is an option available on some services that spreads delivery across multiple runs instead of sending the full quantity at once. Availability and timing depend on the individual service.

Available payment methods are shown when you add funds or check out. Supported options can include local methods such as bKash, Nagad and Rocket, along with card and crypto options. Availability can vary by payment provider.

Yes. SMM Cute supports local wallet options including bKash and Nagad. Check the add-funds or checkout page for the payment methods currently available to your account.

The minimum top-up can depend on the payment method and current checkout settings. The amount shown on the add-funds page at the time of payment is the amount that applies.

No. SMM Cute wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts unless we specifically agree otherwise in writing.

Yes. Service prices can change without prior notice. The price displayed when you place the order is the price that applies to that order.

Contact support with the payment details so the duplicate charge can be reviewed. A duplicate charge caused by a payment processing error may be eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy.

You may be eligible for a refund if an order is not delivered within a reasonable time beyond its estimated window, the delivered service does not match what was described at checkout, or a duplicate payment charge occurred. Full conditions are listed in our Refund Policy.

Examples include submitting an incorrect or inaccessible link, changing your mind after processing has started, a fully delivered order that matched its description, or a drop that occurs after the service's stated refill window has expired. See the Refund Policy for all exclusions.

If an order stalls and cannot be completed, the undelivered portion may be refunded proportionally based on the quantity that was actually delivered.

Approved refunds are credited to your SMM Cute wallet by default, usually within 1–3 business days after approval. A refund to the original payment method may be requested separately and can take longer depending on the payment provider.

Contact SMM Cute support with your order ID and a short explanation of the issue. Refund requests are normally reviewed within 24–48 hours. You can use the Contact page or the support channels listed in the Refund Policy.

Some services include a refill guarantee for a specific period. If a qualifying drop happens within that service's refill window, the service may be topped back up according to the listing conditions.

No. Refill availability depends on the individual service. Always check whether a refill period is listed before ordering.

If the service is still inside its stated refill window and the refill does not begin, contact support with your order ID before the refill period expires.
